Although there is definitely a learning curve when it comes to decoding a person's verbal cues, this course got me started down that path; and I know I'll get increasingly better with experience. If I had one suggestion that would make the course even better it would be to give more practice examples of people describing themselves. Each example that was accompanied by input from an NCI expert helped me hone my skills in mapping a person's behavior triangle.
